Booths at Software Freedom Day 2008
There are space for at least 9 booths in the lobby area of the Old Fire Station.
A booth/table would have a computer or two at a table to demonstrate some aspect of open source in use for new arrivals and for persons not attending a presentation. Here are a listing (in no particular order) :

I can assist with the following booths: TTCS, OSSWIN,How to fix your Windows PC or Portable Apps ( I currently use a few of them) - however I do not think I am knowledgeable enough to run a whole booth, but you can fit me in somewhere - Dulcie
Registration / Booth area : either on a laptop or dvd player - have the interview with Nelson Mandela on Ubuntu. Streaming video from SFD itself (see last note from meeting on July 27 08) can be projected on a screen or wall. Roving reporter -could stream footage from the lectures so that persons registering or in the booth area can know what is going on elsewhere. - Dulcie
Ideas for Booths from TTCS meeting on August 13th, 2008
